The Truth About Global Marketing With Article Marketing

Thanks to the vast reaches of the internet, global marketing is now possible for the average business owner, either the large corporation or the small privately run entity, to narrow the geographic divide.

The main point of search engine optimization (SEO) and reaching a global audience is not only to drive traffic to your site, but also to then convert those visitors from all over the world into paying customers. Web traffic and the ensuing exposure are nice, of course, but if those hits don't improve business and increase sales, what purpose do they really serve?

The Prime Components of Global Marketing With Article Marketing

Creating a Website

For article marketing to have even a chance at being effective, it's imperative for all businesses to have their own websites to link back to when submitting articles to search engines and article directories. Also, having your own domain name is always preferable over using a free site, as it lends an authentic feel that tells people they're dealing with a real company that's serious about their online business ventures.

Be sure to include your website address on all of your marketing materials, both online and off. Your business cards, banner ads, forum and blog posts, as well as every article you submit for publication should all have your site's URL, which should be something easy to spell and remember.

Global Promotion Using Articles

Successful global promotion must include a set plan that features a number of effective methods for spreading the word about your business or products. The distribution of press releases announcing important details and providing a newsworthy story about your business, as well as submitting your articles to article databases and posting them on blogs, will also help to get your name recognized quickly.

A well-written, full-length article on a particular niche or topic is a perfect addition to the innumerable snippets of information the many popular blogs feature. But wherever you decide post your articles, don't forget the all-important resource box for providing the pertinent details people will need to do business with you. This, of course, will include your website and email addresses, but may also include a brief biography about you or your company, along with other bits of contact data such as location and telephone or fax numbers.

Providing Accurate, Useful Information

By providing accurate information in your articles along with an irresistible or enticing offer when people arrive at your website, the chances of converting the casual visitor into a paying customer dramatically increase. It definitely pays off in the long run to take the time to explore and thoroughly research all avenues when it comes to expanding your business globally using article marketing and the various related techniques for increasing customer base and revenue.

Email Marketing

Email marketing can be an excellent way to globally promote your business, either through legitimate lists of email addresses that you can purchase, or through lists that you've collected yourself from visitors who've been to your site, or through some other means of internet marketing. Email marketing is similar to the direct mail type, but without the need to spend money on postage and mailing expenses, and is also the perfect extension to article marketing.

Global marketing utilizing the benefits of article marketing truly is the easiest and most cost-effective way of expanding business and your contacts, as well as reaching new and impressive sales records that may not have been possible before.

Pricing Strategies in the Kingdom of Swaziland

When many of Swazi based companies find its major competitors offering a similar product at a lower price, the natural tendency is to try to match or beat that price. Although the idea of undercutting competitors prices and watching customers flock to you is tempting, there are dangers which company owners must choose to avoid.

Successive rounds of price wars that erode the profit margins of all competitors within an industry in Swaziland or worse, discounting a product can cheapen it in the minds of customers, greatly reducing a brands power to maintain profitability prices in the long term. It ends up being a losing battle, a company might find itself focusing away from quality, service, prestige the things a brand should be all about.

So, how can a company keep its pricing power when a competitor undercuts its price?

Note: in a research conducted by Knotell for a client some time ago, some customers felt that the price is too high as compared to other similar brands that offer equally competitive quality. Our recommendation was not to price below the competitor [s], but rather to price above and convince their customers that the product is worth it.

First, marketing executives should understand the value of their products/brands to the customers and then stand up for what the products are worth. In this way they will shift the focus from price to value.

So if the marketing activity taking place in a company is to create a superior value for customers. Developing value-added features and services that differentiates the offer and justify the prices should do this.

Increasing Your Website Traffic - Three Keys to Identifying Quality Link Placements

The success of your Internet based business enterprise depends significantly on the volume of traffic that you can generate into your site on a regular basis. There are a number of important tactics that you can employ in order to increase inbound website traffic. Towards this objective, there are three keys to identifying quality link placements as part of an overall link building - website traffic development campaign.

The first key to increasing your website traffic through quality link placement is locating and identifying other websites that market products or services that are compatible to your own. By compatible it is meant you find to find sites that market a product or service that "goes along" with what you are selling or promoting yourself. For example, if you are in the shoe business, you will want to find compatible sites that sell socks ... and so forth.

The next key to increasing your website traffic through quality link placement is to make sure you avoid so-called link farms. These are website that exist merely to provide links to other sites. In this day and age, a consumer that lands on such a site will click away almost immediately.

The final key to increasing your website traffic through quality link placement is to strive to limit the number of reciprocal links that you offer. In other words, as much as possible, you want to try to get a backlink to your site place somewhere without having a reciprocal link placed on your own site. You want to limit the ability of people visiting your site clicking off somewhere else.

You just have to write and submit articles to publishing sites to inform or educate online users so they will know that you are an expert on your chosen niche.

1. Choose the most appropriate topics for your articles. You need to write about topics that can attract the people who are most likely to get interested on what you offer. So, if you are selling sunglasses, you must focus on writing articles about sunglasses. To obtain great topic ideas, you may use a keyword suggestion tool that can help you identify the keywords that are usually being used by your potential clients when looking for information about sunglasses. These could be replica sunglasses, designer sunglasses, cheap sunglasses, prescription sunglasses, etc. Write articles around these keywords so you can give your potential clients with that they truly need - information and drive them to your website afterwards.

2. Register on all major article submission sites. To give your articles the exposure they need and to augment the number of your inbound links, take advantage of all the leading article submission sites and post your article on them. Make sure that you follow all the rules set by the publishers so you can minimize or eliminate the chances of your articles being rejected.

3. Learn the ropes of creating a killer resource box. To easily compel your readers to check on your website, make sure that you use a resource box that is truly enticing and attention-grabbing. It must contain your information such as your name, your website's URL, your expertise, and the problems that you solve. It must also contain a powerful call to action and a compelling elevator pitch.

4. Write more. In order to excel in this marketing technique, you have to understand that article marketing is a game of numbers. You can easily set yourself apart from the rest by multiplying the number of your articles and submissions so you can strengthen your online presence and boost the number of your inbound links.

Website Promotion, RSS And Squidoo - How To Create an RSS Feed For Your Squidoo Lens

Squidoo has really made a splash on the SEO scene. As people have uncovered the remarkable Google rankings that have shown up for their squidoo pages (called "lenses"). The site has quickly become a web site promotion tool of choice.

Before we jump into how RSS can (and can't) work with Squidoo, let's examine a bit more about RSS.

What are feeds and how can I create an RSS file for my website?

RSS stands most commonly for "Really Simple Syndication", and is a file format that is incorporated by users in their websites to allow for web syndication, making their web content available to feed readers or syndication services.

People who want to keep updated of recently added content on a particular site or topic of interest will subscribe to a feed reader which "spits out" a short title, description and link to the most recently added content. How does this occur? You create an RSS file for your website and submit it to syndication services that will crawl your RSS file and display your added content items to it's feed. The more subscribers to your feed, the more links and traffic you'll see at your website. So you see how RSS is great website promotion tool especially if you're frequently adding valuable content, news or press releases.

How do you know if a website is syndicated?

Websites that contain RSS ' typically have colorful graphics to indicate to users that the specific web content is available through RSS feeds. These graphics are usually depicted by orange rectangles that are usually marked with 'RSS' or 'XML'.

Here is in example RSS file:

Notes -

  • The "channel" is the feed.
  • The "items" are the individual pieces of content /pages you want to syndicate.
  • Don't put spaces in between your tags as below.

Now open up note pad, or another simple text editor...copy and paste this document, filling in your own info. Remember to remove excess spaces in this template.

< ?xml version="1.0" ? >

< rss version ="2.0">

< channel >

< title >The Channel Title Goes Here< / title >

< description > The explanation of how the items are related goes here< / description >

http://www. directoryoflinksgohere< / link>

< item >

< title >The Title Goes Here

< description >The description goes here< /description >

< link >http://www. linkgoeshere.com

< / item>

< item >

< title >The Title Goes Here

< description >The description goes here< /description >

< link >http://www. linkgoeshere.com

< / item>

< / channel >

< /r ss >

When you save the file be sure to save it as an xml file.

Next, you'll want to validate your feed to make sure it's readable, and to submit it to feed reader websites so that the content syndication can begin.

RSS and Squidoo

There are two primary ways to leverage RSS for your lens.

1. Subscribing to feeds to flesh out your content

Squidoo offers a module that allows you to display your feed snippets related to the topic of your lens. This is a great way to continually increase the variation and volume of your lens content. If you look at all the top lenses, many have RSS modules. Know that in order for your lens to show up on Squidoo you have to have added at least 3 blocks of content, which tells us that content is an important criterion for Squidoo ranking. Where do you find RSS feeds for your Squidoo lens?" Any blog or website that has a feed will indicate this by the orange rectangle describe above. Just subscribe and read up on the RSS module in the "add modules" section of your lens workshop. (For more advanced Squidooers, RSS feeds are dynamically generated in a visitor's browser. These feeds won't convince Google that your lens frequently updates it's content.)

2. Syndicating / Creating a Feed For Your Squidoo Lens

Normally a feed for your website would live in your websites directory, I.e; www.yoursite. com/feed.rss. This method isn't possible with Squidoo, but fortunately there is a work around. http://squidutils.com/ offers many advanced utilities for lens masters, including feed url generation. Simply input your Squidoo user name, and a feed for your lens will automatically be created with a URL. Now you can hit all of the rss search engines and start submitting your feed!

Sizzling Idea Hangouts For Article Marketers

No matter what kind of article writer you are, finding new ideas for articles is always a challenge. Well, here are some resources to help you accelerate your topic research:

Authority sites

Think Entrepreneur for the business niche, About for all topics, and the Warrior forum for the Internet marketing niche! There's always authority sites, no matter what topic you are writing about. So go use that wonderful tool called Google to find these sites if you are writing about a totally new 'alien' topic.

Blogs

Find some cool ideas from niche blogs and run with them. Respected authors and Internet gurus often post some informative content on their blogs. I'm not asking you to plagiarize their content, not at all! But find some ideas you can spin article topics out of.

Yahoo Answers

This is an absolutely great tool for finding out your target market's problems. Just imagine, people are asking questions to their problems here! They actually took the time to type out a question in this site because they want a solution fast. Take a look at what kind of burning questions are being asked and write articles on them. If you go through Yahoo Answers for just 15 minutes, I'd bet you can come up with half a dozen article ideas right there.

And of course the article directories themselves. How could we forget them? These directories are a goldmine for quality articles. Don't copy the topics, but perhaps find some ways to create your own article topics just by browsing through the categories.

Link Building to Increase Search Engine Ranking

Link building is definitely the hot thing right now. So, what exactly is link building? Simply put, link building means increasing the number of links on other websites which point to your website. Why do this? The idea is that in the eyes of the search engines, the more links a site has pointing to it, the more relevant and important it must be, therefore it gets ranked higher.

There are several ways to build external links, some more effective than others:

1. Submit your site to directories. This used to be very effective, but now since it seems like everyone is doing it, the search engines have caught on a bit, and it has also leveled the playing field to some extent. Submitting your site to directories in your industry is the best way to go.

2. Join online forums. Most forums allow you to have a signature which includes your url. Every time you post a comment, your url appears, thus another external link is born. Contribute to these forums, post new topics, get involved. The bonus is you can learn something while you're there.

3. Write and submit articles. If you like to write, this is a great tool for you. You can submit your articles to sites such as http://www.ezinearticles.com/, where others may use your articles on their sites. Every time your article appears, so does your signature which includes your link.

4. Join social networking sites. Sites such as http://www.linkedin.com/ (Which I use) or Myspace or Facebook are great places to interact with others, post comments, and a great place to build links.

5. Blogs. Start your own blog - its free and easy at http://www.blogger.com/ or http://www.wordpress.com/. It's a great source for links, and creates lots of relevant content. Also, post comments on other's blogs. This will create more links to you, plus if you post a comment on someone's blog, they are more likely to check yours out and do the same.

Keep in mind, though, link building is just one effective tool in the SEO arsenal. Do it well, but don't neglect the other methods.

Best Article Marketing - 4 Highly Successful Steps to an Effective Article Marketing

The Internet is a very vast and dynamic business environment. With this, there are various means and ways that business people can choose from should they come across the need for an intensive marketing plan. Article marketing is one of these options that they can choose from. It is very cost effective and yet does not compromise its dependability towards achieving success. Below are some of the highly successful steps that one can follow in order to achieve effective article marketing:

1. Use your article to convince and motivate people to consider your offering. The article material used in this marketing strategy is for you to catch and lead the potential client towards listening and believing with what you will be promoting. It should not be your primary vehicle to make an advertisement.

2. Since you are using the article to promote your products, you better make use of the resource box to make an advertisement. The resource box, usually placed at the bottom of your article material, basically allows you to stipulate relevant information about you that are not seen on your article. You can place your name or the company that you are representing or any promotional phrases that you want to incorporate.

3. Properly place your resource box on a location where it will not be overlooked. If you think that it is enough for you to just place information on the resource and leave it anywhere you want, then you may be mistaken with that perspective. Strategic placement of the resource box is a must. You usually place it at the bottom but currently most article marketers place it somewhere on top of the page or at the side to make it more visible to readers.

4. You can have your article materials posted on your own business site or your personal web log so you can better distribute and republish your articles for increase exposure.

Link Building Through Press Release Traffic Tactics

Ah the lowly press release. One of the best kept secrets on the web for links and traffic. It's a wonder why more people don't use press releases regularly. Don't get me wrong, hundreds of thousands of people do submit the occasional release, but most don't do it right nor take advantage of the linking and exposure they could get out of them.

And the big cardinal sin is not doing them regularly. If your business is truly a mover and a shaker in your niche, you should have plenty of things to talk about each month.

For instance, you update your product or service. Send a release. You hire new staff. Send a release. You launch a new product. Definitely, send a release!

There are a lot more reasons to alert news junkies, reporters, media outlets, and your possible customers to changes, updates, and significant progress in your business.

That is, if you have something worth talking about. This immediately eliminates a lot of business models I see flying around like Adsense sites, but I've even seen people syndicate press releases for those sites!

What Happens When You Do A Press Release?

At PRWeb.com, depending on the service you order, your release goes out on "the wire." That's just PR lingo for their network. Now, if you just do a free release or donate $10, don't expect much. You get what you pay for.

We use the $250 optimized press release service from PRWeb with great results. You'll hit Google and Yahoo news along with the entire site network on emedia newswire.

That's great and it generates a lot of traffic depending on the topic. But what's even greater is the amount of sheer linkage it generates for your sites. I'm talking thousands, not hundreds of links.

With PRWeb's SEO release service, you get to link to your site or any page within your site every 100 words or so. Been wanting more recognition from search engines for the keyword "weight loss?" Link that in your press release and your best keyword is an anchor link that goes to hundreds and thousands of places all over the web.

Yeah, maybe you've heard this before. But have you done it? Did you doubt the power of it and blow it off? Big mistake.

People don't submit online press releases for ego's sake. They do it because it drives links, traffic, and better rankings. If it didn't, why would there be so darn many repeat offenders at PRWeb who submit regular releases at $250+ a pop?

Last trick. After you submit your release you can write about it on your blog and make a trackback to the hosted release on PRWeb. Then you get an immediate link back to your site from one of the bigger sites on the net.

Find other press releases related to your topic and do a post mentioning a few and trackback all of them to get more authority links with the stroke of some keys and the click of a button.

This stuff is so easy people think it doesn't work. Well, it sure does. And guess what? PRWeb isn't the only game in town!

Test it and then leverage your reach across all the major PR networks and watch your branding, traffic, links, and rankings soar!

Inbound Link Mania - 10 Key Content Strategies to Increase Online Visibility

Now more than ever, if you want to be a successful business owner, you need a successful business website. Which means you have to make nice with the search engines. And the long-standing rule of search engine friendliness is to create inbound links -- links from other sites pointing to your site.

Ten-ish years ago, when Google started the shift away from code to content (including inbound links) as the preferred way of determining "relevance," the world changed. Immediately, businesses owners started scrambling, and begging, for every link they could get. Thank goodness that's not the case anymore! But inbound links are still important. In many ways they're more vital than ever.

How then, does one go about getting those precious nuggets of hypertext anchor tagging? Social Media maven and "Chief Nut" Kevin Skarritt, our good friend and strategic ally at Acorn Creative, offered up these 10 strategies on his "Nuts and Bolts of Brand" blog. Good guy that he is, he gave us permission to share those key linking strategies with you here. Hit it!

1. BLOG COMMENTS

Go out of your way to read other people's blogs. Your Mother always told you that reading is good for you. She was right! But, when you do so, be sure to productively interact with those bloggers. It makes them feel good. It validates what they're writing about. It starts up a relationship between the two of you. AND, here's the best part, it gives you an inbound link to your site.

2. BLOG TRACKBACKS

Start your own blog and refer to all of those blogs you're reading in the form of a "trackback" in your posts. Don't know what this means? Check out the entry for "trackback" on Wikipedia, or go deeper with a Wordpress.org tutorial. However you learn more about this linking strategy, please do, because it's a smart, easy, and effective way to get your website lots of inbound links.

3. PAY PER CLICK ADVERTISING

Yes, PPC advertising is indeed an added marketing expense. However, it's a controllable, predictable means to build ROI, and a great way to build inbound links where you have control over the text used in the link tag.

4. PARTICIPATE ON INDUSTRY FORUMS

Similar to blog comments and trackbacks, participating on industry forums will get you hooked up with other like-minded professionals, keep you abreast of current trends, and you get to build your own inbound links in the signature line of your posts.

5. BUILD OTHER PAGES

Some new social networking sites on the web allow you to create content and post it in their domain as new pages. One great example of this is Seth Godin's Squidoo.com. By creating "lenses" that focus readers on a particular topic of interest, you get to engage readers and create more inbound links to your main site.

6. WIKIS

The concept of a wiki (like wikipedia.org) is that readers also become content contributors. Anyone who is registered can log in and change content. Understand that other readers of this information-rich content have zero tolerance for salesy/advertising tactics, so, be careful with this one. Be purely informative and helpful with your newly posted content. If the content survives peer scrutiny, you'll have a nice little inbound link that's potentially seen by millions.

7. SOCIAL NETWORKING

MySpace and FaceBook for sure, but there's an explosion of social networking web sites out there. Dive in and start participating. Doing so allows you to interact with other professionals and, you guessed it, builds up inbound links.

8. SOCIAL BOOKMARKING

Different than social networking, social bookmarking is similar to how you used to bookmark sites in your browser but, instead, you bookmark your favorite sites publicly, in sites like de.licio.us, ma.gnolia.com, spurl.com, rojo.com, Google bookmarks ... the list goes on and on. The goal is to have people discover these bookmarks, and then your site. An added benefit to social bookmarking (and blog posts) is you get to "tag" your content with words and phrases that are relevant to the content. These tags are used to identify the content in the search process.

9. ORGANIZED SURFING SITES

This is a variation of social bookmarking. There are sites that organize how people surf the web in an effort to make the process of finding the right content faster and more focused. StumbleUpon.com (available as a Firefox plugin) is one of my favorites but others like Technorati (blog content), Digg (blogs, articles and news stories) and newcomer Trailfire (another Firefox plugin) allow users to power-surf, finding your site via inbound links.

10. LINK BEGGING

Don't discount it just yet. Asking another site owner for a link sometimes still works. However, with all of the other options listed above, you'll quickly learn that this tactic is largely time-consuming and unproductive.

Any good car salesman will recite the old adage, "plan your work and work your plan." This especially holds true for your inbound link strategy. Whether you focus on one or set up a tactic to diversify, divide and conquer, don't wait. The success of your website -- and ultimately, your business -- depends on it!

Make Money Using Easy Article Marketing Techniques

Unless you are very new to the business, or live in a cave, you've probably heard of article marketing. There are a number of advantages in using article marketing for your online business. It is a very effective technique to advertise a website, promote a product, build traffic to your site, increase back links to improve a website's ranking, and make money online. And the best thing about article marketing, it's FREE!

How do you participate in article marketing? It is easy. Write short, 300 to 500 word articles and submit them to 10 to 25 of the largest article submission directory sites. (You can find these sites by doing a search.) Include an author's resource box in each article you write. Your resource box should include 2 or 3 links to the websites or products that you are promoting. As people see your links, they will click on them, visit the site or products that you are recommending, and make you money.

To get the most benefit from your resource box, your article should be related to the sites or products that you are promoting in your resource box. For example, if your website is about bird watching, you would benefit most by writing an article on "Finding Red-Headed Woodpeckers In The Wild." People who are interested enough to read the article will also have an interest in seeing what you have to offer on your bird watching website. There is a good chance that many of them will click on your links and visit your site.

On the other hand, if your site is about bird watching and your article is about the newest rock group, few rockers will click on your links. You should always make sure that your links are closely related to the information in your article. This is the way to maximize the amount of money you make through article marketing.

Managing An SEO Project

All projects start with one common theme: a vision of where the project will end. Whether you're building a skyscraper, designing a piece of software, or creating a new web site you've got to identify the scope that the project will fulfill. The second thing that all projects have in common is their desire to accomplish one of two business fundamentals: increase revenue or reduce costs. Let's talk about increasing revenue through one of the most prevalent channels to your organization: your website.

Which project comes first: Updating your old, stale website with a new look, fresh content and a stronger call to action? Or...planning search engine optimization with a focus on keywords research, earning inbound links and attracting Google's attention?

The answer depends on several factors:

* How old is the website's domain (URL)?

* When is the last time the site was updated with fresh content?

* Have you implemented any search engine optimization (SEO) techniques?

* Is your website ranked high in Google and other search engines?

* What is your overall goal - a better looking website or more traffic from being found in search engines?

Search engine optimization is the process of improving traffic to your website thru better search engine rankings in Google, Yahoo and other search engines. This would include keyword selection and use throughout the website; writing strong page titles and other meta tag codes; development of and implementing a link building program...just to name a few.

What you are doing is creating an initial project scope statement. The project scope is all of the work - and only the required work - to meet the vision you have for your project. Essentially you're framing the project to consider what's of most value and what should be dismissed for this current project. Most projects fail because their project scope is so loosely defined it's difficult to identify what's really needed versus what are some dreamy extras that don't contribute. Defining the project scope isn't easy; if it were, so many projects wouldn't fail.

As you enter the website/SEO project's planning phase you'll want to consider these false assumptions that can interfere with your scope planning:

* A new website will not get Google's attention. In fact, if you purchase a new domain name and start over, some search engines aren't going to be eager to crawl your website. Maintain your current domain.

* While a new website design and updated content might impress visitors to your website, pretty pictures and cool buttons may not increase sales. Make sure you have a strong call to action (sign up for a newsletter; complete a form for more information, etc.).

* Fresh content will not get you ranked higher in Google and other search engines. You need keyword-rich content focusing on your company's products and services.

* Submitting your website to 1,000 search engines will not work either. Actually, there are only 55 legitimate search engines, with Google, Yahoo and MSN dominating the search engine market.

Most projects fail at the beginning, not the end. A failure to adequately plan the project scope will only corrupt your project execution. It's paramount to first plan what the website is to accomplish before hopping into the project execution. For example, you do not want to write new content for your website before you conduct keyword research just as you wouldn't start building a new home without your blueprints.

Of all the project management activities planning is the most important. Planning is an iterative process and happens throughout the life of the project. The project scope is defined initially when you initiate the project, but more fully when you're in the first stages of planning. When you're creating a plan to boost your website's presence the focus should always be on fulfilling the project scope. Activities and deliverables that don't contribute to the scope are not value-added activities. Basically, you and your team should ask does this deliverable help my website's presence or not? If it does incorporate it into the project scope, if it doesn't log the issue, addition, or feature and address it outside of your current project. By keeping your execution activities focused on completing the project scope you'll get more done faster and better than considering and pondering every possibility for your website.

The basic "brick and mortar" plan of any search engine optimization project would include the follow elements:

* Research for the best possible keywords.

* Research your competition. What keywords are they pursuing?

* Write fresh content utilizing the targeted keywords.

* If you are designing a new website, determine if the design with drive the content, or if the content will drive the site design. Make sure you have selected your keywords before you write the content.

* Link building. Earn one-way links from directories and other websites pointing to your website and web pages.

Once you've created your project plan it's time to execute the plan. This is the real work of the project that'll create the deliverables and benefits outlined in the project scope and the project's work breakdown structure. In tandem with executing the project plan, you'll control the project to ensure the work, project team, and deliverables are consistently in alignment with the project's vision. At some point you'll get to the happiest day: closing the project.

True search engine optimization is not "one and done." You'll need to plan for the long-haul: keywords may change as products and services change; content and blogs will need to be written and updated and link building never ends. Build your SEO plan in stages and keep moving forward.

Pick Different Internet Keywords For Your Different Internet Home Business Mediums

One of the secrets are the internet keywords for sure. This article handles the topic, how the keyword selection varies for different internet home business opportunity - mediums?

How the home page, blog, unique article, duplicated article or sub-page can climb among the first sites on the result pages, or can they?

And how to maximize the AdSense income by the right internet keywords?

All those mediums have a unique role in our internet home business opportunity and they require a different internet keyword research and selection.

Let`s take a closer look at these requirements:

1. Put Lots Of Internet Keywords On The Home Page.

Keywords on the home page is the topic most handled. When the target for your internet home business opportunity - site is to rank # 1 at Google on your keyword`s result page, you just have to know, what are Google`s algorithms and how to use this knowledge and beat the present # 1.

This is almost impossible to do manually, but luckily there is a handy tool, like Keyword Elite, by which the competition analyzes happens quickly.

It is useful to analyze both on-page and off-page factors and finetune your own internet home business opportunity - site according to this analyze.

Put lots of internet keywords with high density on the home page, because in the future you can optimize your articles, anchor texts etc. with the same keywords to make them related.

How high demand ones you use, depends on the results of the competition analyze.

2. The Sub-Pages Also Need Internet Keywords.

It is useful to think that also sub-pages can be optimized. Very often the home page gets most of the backlinks, so the keyword research and selection must be done realistically.

That means, that you can use lower demand keywords, which will still be as effective ones.

There is one good possibility: try typos, brackets, quotes etc. so called un-typical keyphrases, your internet home business opportunity can get a strong traffic kick by them.

Also so called "long tail keywords", which include several independent keywords are effective ones.

Despite of the fact that these keywords are written wrongly, they still have a good demand and normally lower supply, than the usual keywords.

The KEI - figure ( Keyword Efficiency Figure ) shows quickly, where the demand - supply ration is favorable.

3. The Wide Distributed SEO Articles.

The job of the SEO articles is mostly to build backlinks for the internet home business. That means that they have to use the same effective keywords as the landing page to be able to build the related links.

So the keyword picking is already done in the context of the home page building.

4. Effective Keywords For A Unique Article.

By "unique article" I mean an article written and submitted through EzineArticles, for instance. It`s major job is to rank high in the search engines and to be found from the article directory.

EzineArticles is a very powerful to rank the article high in the search engine, so you can use quite high demand keyword, but remember to check KEI - fogure!

5. Effective Keywords For The Blog.

The keyword density can be as high as 8 % in the blog posts. Search engines love blocks because of their technical aspects.

It is not clear how high demand keywords it is wise to use, because sometimes the blogpost will climb very high in the ranking with the high demand keywords.

To make it safe, I recommend to use the keyword with a modest amount of daily searches, maybe from 10 to 60.

6. Effective Keywords To Make More Money With AdSense.

If you monetize your site or blog by AdSense, the keywords have an influence on your income.

The formula is simple: the more Google AdWords advertisers pay for their ads, with certain keywords, the more Google will pay you.

Now you can easily search that by using your Google AdWords account and checking the prices per each keyword clicks.

Article Marketing & List Building - How to Build a Highly Qualified & Highly Responsive List of Gold

Article marketing is absolutely the best free way to build a highly responsive list. And it really only takes repeating five steps over and over again.

5 Steps to a List of Gold

Step 1 - Write a great quality article - When you write a great article giving good actionable information the reader is going to want more information and they are going to want it from you.

Step 2 - Your resource box - In your resource box invite the reader back to your web site or blog for more great information. Use words such as "And now I would like to invite you to..."

Step 3 - The trade - This is where the reader trades their email address for more good information from you. You must get over your concern about asking for the opt-in, because if a prospect is not going to give you their email address now they certainly are not going to give you their credit card later.

Step 4 - Follow up - Your future and your fortune are in the follow up. This is where most marketers drop the ball. Follow up with more good information before you ask for the sale.

Step 5 - TGC - TGC stands for Take Great Care of your list. We use strange words on the internet such as "traffic" and "lists." Both traffic and lists are made up of individual people with heads and hearts. Answer their questions. Ask them questions. Take great care of them and they will take great care of you.

And I'd like to invite you to use these five steps over and over again to build your list of gold with your articles.

Common Search Engine Mistakes That Kill Your Ranking

Devious means of designing webpages to attract search engine traffic can easily backfire. These are just a few of the methods and techniques that you should keep away from. Don't give in to the temptation that they will work for you. Rather, they will do more harm than good for your website.

Not only will you spend weeks of wasted effort, you may have your site banned from the search engines permanently. Spend a little time learning the proper methods for improving search engine visibility and your web traffic will increase.

1. Free Web Hosting.

Don't consider using free web hosting if you are serious about increasing traffic by means of search engine visibility. Many times the search engines will eliminate content from these free hosts. As well, visitors will often consider these sites to be amateurish.

2. Missing Web Page Elements.

Be sure to check every page in your website for completeness, like faulty links, graphics, etc. There are sites on the web that will do this for free.

3. Stealing Material From Other Websites.

How many times have you heard or read that "this is the Internet and it's reasonable" to take icons and text from websites to use on your site. Don't do it. It's one thing to learn from others who have been there and another to simply copy their work. The search engines are smart, and getting smarter, and more often than not notice page duplication. They may even prevent or delay your future listings.

4. Using Keywords That Are Not Related To Your Website.

Many unprincipled website owners try to increase search engine visibility by using keywords that have nothing at all to do with their website. They place unrelated keywords in a page (such as "sex", the name of a recognized famous person, the hot search theme of the day, et cetera) in a meta tag for a page. The keyword doesn't have anything to do with the page theme. Though, since the keyword is popular, they think this will increase their visibility. This method is considered spam by the search engines and may cause the page (or even the whole site) to be removed from the search engine listing.

5. Inappropriate Choice Of Keywords.

Used correctly, keyword selection is almost certainly one of the critical elements of site design. Choose the right keywords and customers will find your site. Use the wrong ones, your site will see little, if any traffic.

6. Repeating The Same Keywords.

When you use the same keywords over and over again (called keyword stacking) the search engines may demote (or skip) the page or site .

7. Using Concealed Text.

You might think that if you cannot see them, it doesn't matter. Incorrect. Don't try to hide your keywords or keyword phrases by making them iinvisible. For example, by making the keywords the same color as the background of the web page.

8. Using Tiny Text.

This is a variation of the item above (relying on hidden text. Don't try to conceal your keywords or keyword phrases by making them tiny. Making the size of the keywords so small that they can hardly be seen causes an alert to be raised.

9. Keyword Stuffing.

Rather like keyword stacking mentioned above, this means to add unrelated keywords to the description of a graphic or tag by using the "alt=" HTML descriptor. If the search engines find that this text does not actually describe the graphic or tag it will be considered spam.

10. Assuming All Search Engines Are The Same.

Many people take for granted that each search engine adopts by the same rules. This is not so. Each has its own rule base and these are subject to change anytime they so wish. Make it a point to learn what each major search engine requires for gaining a high ranking.

If you have a website then you know the significance of traffic. Traffic is to Internet advertising what location is to real estate. It's crucial to your success. If you cannot attract targeted visitors to your site, you won't make any sales.

More often than not the proprietor or designer of the website is the person who drives traffic to the site. One major element in generating traffic is to be well regarded by the search engines. Of course, you can use paid publicity, but it's going to cost you. Using the search engines to generate targeted (interested in your product) traffic is the least expensive method known.

Unfortunately, many website owners don't appreciate the significance of search engine ranking, which leads to traffic. They place more significance on producing a "pretty" website. Not that this is bad, but it is actually of minor importance to the search engines when determining display ranking. Hopefully, being aware - VERY aware - of the list of common mistakes, made by many website owners, will help you attract more targeted free traffic to your site...after all, isn't that what you want?

Driving Traffic to Your Site the Ethical Way: SEO Musts

Anyone who has a website knows how important it is to generate as much traffic as possible to draw in potential clients. This is what Internet marketing is based upon. Without website traffic you will not generate sales and your business will fail.

It is the website owners responsibility is to drive traffic to a website. The main tool that he or she uses are search engines such as Yahoo or Google. Advertising can be effective, however it is very expensive. When you use a search engine, you can only those consumers who are interested in your product for a fraction of the cost of advertising.

When you have visibility on a search engine, your website is being seen by millions of people who are looking for your product. Many website owners do not understand that this is what drives traffic to their site. Having a great website is wonderful, however it will do no good if you do not have traffic. There are common mistakes that many website owners make that are costing them traffic every day.

Misuse of Keyword

Keywords are the most important part of your site. Choose your keywords very carefully as they are what will direct traffic to your site from search engines. If you choose the wrong keywords you will get very little traffic.

Repetitive Keywords

You may think that using the same keywords repeatedly will get you listed more often, but in reality, the search engines will lower your standing or skip your site altogether. Using keywords repeatedly is called keyword stacking and it is not recommended.

Stealing from competitors websites

Whether it is on the Internet or not, stealing is wrong. Despite what friends or colleagues tell you, it is not acceptable to Borrow icons, text or even whole pages from another website. Search engines are designed with a feature that can find any type of duplications. If you have been found to have Borrowed from another website, you risk being banned from listing your website by search engines altogether.

Unrelated keywords can get you banned

There are may people who think that they can drive traffic to their website by using Keyword that are unrelated to the product that they offer. They choose the most popular keywords on the Internet today that have proven to drive traffic to websites. They do this on the premise that with these keywords, their visibility will increase and people will view their site. This is not only unethical, it is also considered to be spam. The website owner can hide the keyword in a Meta tag, and they will not be noticed. Search engines will find them, and in some instances, the website can be banned for search engine listing.

Keyword stuffing.

Keyword stuffing is similar to keyword stacking. The only difference is that the website owner uses an alt=HTML parameter. When the search engine discovers that the keyword text does not describe the contents of your website, the consider it to be spam and your site will be eliminated from the search engine.

Hidden Text

Many website owns will hide their keywords within their text. This is also highly unethical. They think that of they set their keywords to the same color and background of their web page. They think that the keyword become invisible, when in reality, nothing gets by a search engine.

Tiny Text is also unethical

Tiny text is just as unethical as hidden text. Tiny text is done by reducing the text size until it is barely readable. Again you cannot hide tiny text from search engines, they find any abnormality.

Assuming all search engines are the same.

There are a lot of people who are still under the impression that there are rules that all search engines have to adhere to. The fact is, that each search engine has their own rules of conduct that they go by and can amend them any time they choose to. It is crucial for website owners to research the requirements for high visibility for each search engine.

Free web hosting is not for serious businesses

When you are serious about driving traffic to your website through search engines, it is important not to use free web hosting companies. Search engines will remove pages that are using free web hosting.

Missing elements from your web pages

Double check your web pages to make sure that there are no missing links and that the graphics are complete. This can be difficult at times, however there are companies on the Internet that will assist you some even at no charge.

Your Internet business is your livelihood. By following these steps, you are ensuring that you will not be banned from search engines or be given the reputation of a spammer.

It may be tempting to try unethical methods, but in the end you will be caught and all the months of work trying to get your website noticed will only get it noticed for the wrong reasons. By taking the time to research what is acceptable and what is not is will aide in the success of your internet business by driving the traffic that you want to your site.

Search Engine Optimization Tips

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is a collection of marketing methods to increase the visibility of your website in the searched pages. One is Search Engine Optimization which helps improve rankings of your website, for relevant keywords or keyword phrases in search results by improvising upon your web site's structure and content. Pay per click advertising uses paidup search engine listings to drive traffic to your web site. Here you have to bid for your search terms, and the search engine then ranks based on a competitive auction. Paid inclusion guarantees that your website is included in the search engine's natural listings. But starting 2006 the leading search engine Google has discontinued this service.

In order for websites to be noticed by the search engines, different techniques are used, the most common being the use of Metatags, whichgive you a limited ability to control how your web pages are described by some search engines and most importantly these metatag descriptions are not seen by those viewing your pages in browsers. Once listed, the starting lines of the page's description are taken from these metatags, and the remaining portion is drawn from the body copy of the page itself.

Another important parameter is the Keyword Density, which is the ratio of the number of occurrences of a particular keyword or phrase to the total number of words in a page. The higher the number of occurrences of the keyword or phrases higher is its search engine ranking, but if repeated too often then it results in the page being penalized for spamming.

Patented by the founders of Google, Larry Page and Sergrey Brin in 1998, PageRank continues to provide the basis for all of Google's web search tools. It interprets a hyperlink from website X to website Y as a vote, by website X for website Y. But, it doesn't just weigh the number of backlinks a website/page receives; it also analyzes the very page that provides the link. Links by sites that are themselves "important" weigh more heavily and help to make other sites "important".

You may also try out interesting tools pagerank www.webhosting4all.co.uk for more relevant search results, keyword rich and written precisely to your keyword specific choices and also provides software for building backlinks to your site from exceedingly high rated sites, and keeps you posted to remote blogs all over the web for maximum exposure as well as important logistics in the eyes of the search engines for optimization.
